You can also special order these customizable orchid and wall arrangements in your choice of colors, flowers, size, and containers to meet your design needs. (Higher quality images coming soon.) The minimum price for a custom design is $575, which doesn’t include shipping costs. Following are the steps you’ll need to take to order your own custom design.
Your Request Use the form below to make your request. In the message box, please specify which design you want to customize. We’ll then send you a detailed request form to the email address provided.
Details and Deposit Complete and return your request form, providing specifics and details. We’ll send you a confirmation on your specifications and get clarification on your request, if needed.
Quote and Approval Once we receive your detailed request, we’ll provide you with a final summary and cost for your custom design. You’re asked to review and approve the quote before work can begin. We’ll also require a $200 nonrefundable deposit to begin working on your design. We’ll apply this deposit towards your final invoice.
Design We require at least four to six weeks to finish your custom design. Before we ship, we’ll send you a photo of your design to make sure we’ve captured your vision. We can adjust and alter your design within the scope of your original quote and costs, as needed. If you need to alter outside of the original scope, we may need to adjust your quote and costs to accommodate. Once you’re happy with the final design, we’ll send you a final invoice for payment before shipping.
Shipping We've been shipping arrangements around the country for decades, and we know what it takes to ensure that your custom design arrives in perfect condition. Once you’ve signed off on the design, we’ll ship to you using our standard shipping methods (note that the free shipping promotional offer does not apply to custom designs). If you’d prefer expedited shipping, that’s fine, too. Though we’ll need to add that extra cost to your final invoice.
